The increased hours for our support worker have had a significant and positive impact. Thanks to this additional capacity, he has been able to deliver a wider range of enrichment activities and events throughout the year — initiatives that simply would not have been possible without the increase in his working hours. Beyond programming, he has also had the time to build meaningful relationships with more of our students, particularly those who require one-to-one support outside the classroom to build confidence and social skills. His increased presence has been invaluable in supporting students’ personal growth and wellbeing
