The Jewish Youth Fund supported pre-camp training for madrichim working at Bnei Akiva camps in August 2017. Over the week long programme there were sessions on positive behavioural management, inclusivity trainings, welfare training with the UJIA, life on campus with UJS and security awareness with the CST.
The camp atmosphere was particularly special with all of our Madrichim sharing a field together, eating as one community and learning from each other. This year we also endeavoured to ensure the highest level of hygiene possible throughout which included increased shower access over precamp.
